I AM PV (Instituto de Artes Musicales Puerto Vallarta) is a non-profit, music education institute dedicated to enriching the lives of all of those in the Banderas Bay Area and Mexico. The benefits of music education have been well studied and documented, in giving young people the tools to succeed in not only musical endeavors, but scholastic and societal achievements as well.

We believe that everyone has the right to participate, and we offer education and performance opportunities to students of all ages through a variety of programs and instruction.  Most of our students are from economically challenged families and are provided scholarships and musical instruments through donations.

What would the world look like if every child played a musical instrument?

IAMPV’s mission is to bring the joy of music to the children and young adults of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Ourteachers are accomplished musicians committed to passing along the magical world of music through weekly voice, instrument, and music theory lessons.
